1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and using LaraBolt ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use the Product.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for commercial or personal projects. This license includes:

  • Right to use the Product in unlimited projects
  • Right to modify and customize the code
  • Right to distribute applications built using the Product
  • Access to future updates and improvements

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product or its source code
  • Share your access credentials with others
  • Remove copyright notices or attribution
  • Use the Product to create a competing product or service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code for redistribution

4. Payment and Pricing

The Product is sold as a one-time payment of $99 USD. All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments. Prices are subject to change, but you will not be charged additional fees for updates to the Product you have already purchased.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Product, contact us at support@larabolt.io within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, all sales are final.

6. Support

We provide email support at support@larabolt.io. Support includes assistance with setup, configuration, and questions about the codebase. We do not provide custom development services or guarantee compatibility with third-party services beyond what is documented.

7. Updates

Purchasers receive lifetime access to updates and improvements to the Product. Updates are provided at our discretion and may include bug fixes, new features, and compatibility updates.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Product will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LARABOLT OR ITS AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Intellectual Property

The Product, including all source code, documentation, and related materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
