We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases of LaraBolt. If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@larabolt.io with the following information:
- Your purchase email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
We will process your refund request within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. After Refund
Upon receiving a refund, your access to LaraBolt will be revoked. You must:
- Stop using the Product and any downloaded materials
- Delete all copies of the Product from your systems
- Remove any installations or deployments based on the Product
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date
- Custom development or consulting services (if offered separately)
- Third-party services or subscriptions
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us for a refund, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend or terminate your access to the Product and future updates.
7. Refund Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests)
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
